Browser cache images size

I have a webpage that shows some images loaded as:

<img src="image-name-1.jpg?w=800&h=600&v=1.1" />
<img src="image-name-2.jpg?w=800&h=600&v=1.1" />
<img src="image-name-3.jpg?w=800&h=600&v=1.1" />
<img src="image-name-4.jpg?w=800&h=600&v=1.1" />
<img src="image-name-5.jpg?w=800&h=600&v=1.1" />
....

All these images have different sizes between 19 and 32 KB.

When I load the page, from the network panel of the browser, I see it load all the images as 32 KB (Content-Length 32768). I have also disabled the cache but the problem still remain.

I have renamed the images, changed theirs folder, changed the parameter v (from 1.0 to 1.1) but it doesn't "see" the new size and this cause relevant problems to page speed test optimization.

Any ideas how resolve this problem? Maybe the webserver needs a restart?
