UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Node.js and Azure SQL Database Server

I have a Node.js application I am building that connects to a SQL database hosted through Microsoft Azure. I have everything configured on my machine correctly (npm start gives me a localhost that gets information from the database without errors). However, I am trying to build the app with a few teammates, but they get an UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning after cloning my repository and updating dependencies. I also cannot access the database through the Heroku app that it is deployed on. I know that there may be some firewall or IP address issues to do with this, but I am stumped. Please help?
