Create a ticket in Jira using API in SSIS. Ticket details like Summary, Description, Assignee is stored in a database table

I want to create a new ticket in Jira using ZS REST API Task in SSIS. The link i am using to access Jira is like "http://jira.atlassian.com/rest/api/2/issue?os_username=XYZ&os_password=ABC".
